Sample approval planning
Mini Percussion Massager Sample Questions Before a Larger Order
A useful sample plan states which configuration is being evaluated, what the sample can confirm and which decisions must wait for exact-model documents or a later production revision. A compact device may differ from a full-size configuration in controls, attachment interface, battery arrangement, included accessories and packaging.

Write the acceptance question before ordering the sample
| Review area | Buyer acceptance note | Supplier must identify |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Requested model or configuration, color and attachment bundle | Sample identity, quotation revision and every deviation from the proposed order |
| Physical review | Dimensions, weight question, grip, controls, attachment fit and surface expectations | Production tolerances or approved reference, materials and any item that may change |
| Operating review | Motor behavior, requested stroke question, speed-level controls, battery or charging format and repeatable noise-observation setup | Declared motor and stroke data, rated input, battery and charger information, test distance and operating level, instructions, warnings and whether sample controls match production |
| Pack review | Included heads, cable or charger, case, printed items and retail presentation | Final bill of included items, artwork status, carton quantity and separately priced components |
Describe an observable check rather than a broad promise. For example, record which controls were operated, the attachment fitted and the distance used for a noise observation; do not convert a subjective sample impression into an assured performance or recovery claim.
Bind sample observations to the right evidence layer
| Evidence | Use in the decision | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer checklist | Defines which appearance, dimensions, controls, pack contents and files need review | Does not prove what the factory will produce |
| Sample record | Records received identity, date, configuration and observed checks | Does not cover an untested claim or a changed production revision |
| Supplier declaration | Explains the offered model, changes, specifications, documents and production assumption | Remains a supplier statement until appropriately verified |
| Specialist evidence | Supports a defined technical, safety, regulatory or other qualified review | Must match the exact product, market, scope and revision |
Assign an owner and status to every open item. Procurement may coordinate the list, but the buyer decides which issues require laboratory, regulatory, safety, medical or legal review. A file for another model, series or market should not be silently accepted as evidence for the proposed mini percussion massager.
Before approving a larger order, reconcile the sample record with the latest quotation and packaging revision. Confirm which items are included, how quantity is counted, what the US destination scope covers and which charges remain excluded. Keep the optional budget in its stated currency and per-unit or full-order basis. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is a buyer preference used to discuss tradeoffs, not a verified supplier rating.
