Service terms

Percussion Massager Source Terms of Service

These terms describe an independent business sourcing coordination service. Using the site or submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase order, supplier appointment, agency relationship, medical relationship or guarantee that a product, document, price, capacity or delivery schedule is available.

Scope of service

We may help organize buyer requirements, identify potential suppliers, relay questions and compare supplier responses. Product-family references and catalog entries are inquiry aids. They do not state that we manufacture, own, stock, authorize, certify or clinically evaluate any listed device.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of its requirements and for reviewing the proposed model, sample, labels, manuals, claims, documents, quotation, supplier and delivery terms. The buyer should engage qualified technical, safety, legal, regulatory, clinical, tax or logistics professionals where its intended market or use requires them.

Supplier information

Specifications, documents, pricing, minimums, lead assumptions and delivery scope supplied by a third party remain that party's representations. They must be checked against the exact offered model and current quotation. We do not warrant that a response is complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

Health and wellness boundary

This site does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice or make health-outcome claims. Search phrases associated with a condition are translated into procurement questions; they are not product outcome claims.

Benefits and fees

Any sourcing benefit is governed by the stated eligibility terms. Optional budgets and supplier-level preferences are buyer instructions, not verified market prices or supplier ratings. Any chargeable work must be agreed separately before it begins.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. Submit questions through the contact page and keep a copy of the requirement and quotation revision used for your decision.
